Options may be available when clinically appropriate. Medication selection and dosing are individualized during your visit.
What states do you serve?
Washington, Arizona, New Mexico, Wyoming, Iowa, Montana, Idaho, Kansas, Utah, New Hampshire, North Dakota, and Florida.
Are labs required?
Labs may be ordered through Quest Diagnostics when indicated. Not everyone needs labs—this is determined clinically.
How do I get started?
